Allowing pain transforms it. Resisting pain increases it. Friend, Our mind speaks with words, concepts and interpretations. Our body speaks through sensations and feelings. First it whispers. If we don't pay attention to it, it speaks a little louder. If we still ignore it, then it screams to be heard! There is an incredible intelligence in us that knows what is necessary to heal and transform anything that is happening in us, and the door-way to access it is through the body's feelings and sensations. The process that has given me peace and freedom that I use on myself and have taught for several years now, is called PBR, Pain Body Release. It is simple to learn and do for yourself. The only challenge is to find the time and space for the process to allow the body to work its natural magic. If we want to truly transform, we have to allow these contractions in our body and give them the space they are requesting. In the last e-series you were able to identify in what area in your body, you were feeling the discomfort. Now, let's try again adding a few other steps and see what happens. See what happens, and if you need it, again repeat steps 1 through 7. If you are going through a difficult time, do it as many times as you need it during the day. The more you allow yourself to feel what is uncomfortable in you (physical or emotional pain) in the way described above, you will slowly but surely experience the dissolution of the pain body and the arising of the light body.
